Shipping and Return Policy
Free shipping on orders over $95 within Canada and $150 USA.
Flat Rate Shipping:
$12 for orders within Canada
$20 for orders within USA
3-9 business days.
International shipping costs will be provided at checkout.
Packages are shipped through Canada Post and USPS or UPS and typically take 5-11 business days (within North America) and 10-14 business days (internationally). Once the shipment has left us you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Return Policy
Items purchased from Oak Organique can be returned or exchanged within 15 days after you receive your order. Sale Items cannot be returned and are considered Final Sale.
All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received. Returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for refund or exchange at our discretion.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment.
How do I return?
- To return an eligible item, please contact us at hello@oakorganique.com. Please include your Order # and reason for return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This will happen within 10 business days.
